The Ask
A user-friendly, informative website designed to improve accessibility and outreach.
Positive Impact Health Centers (PIHC) needed a website that reflected their mission of providing compassionate, client-centered care for the HIV community. Their goal was to create a digital space that made it easier for individuals to access medical care, support services, and community resources. In addition, they wanted to introduce a new Event Calendar—a centralized hub to keep patients and community members informed about conferences, trainings, and outreach initiatives.

The Delivery
A modernized, accessible platform that connects people with essential healthcare services.
We designed and developed a fully optimized website that simplifies navigation and improves access to crucial health services. The new Event Calendar ensures that community members can easily stay informed about PIHC’s initiatives, while a structured, user-friendly layout enhances the experience for patients seeking medical care, mental health support, and HIV prevention services. By prioritizing accessibility, clear calls-to-action, and mobile responsiveness, we created a site that serves as a vital resource for those who rely on PIHC’s services.

Outcome
Bridging healthcare and technology to expand access, education, and community support.
With an intuitive design and a strong focus on user experience, PIHC’s revamped website ensures that individuals can find the care and information they need—when they need it. By aligning digital strategy with their mission, this transformation strengthens PIHC’s ability to serve the community, foster engagement, and work toward their goal of reaching 15,000 in care.
